At RO’I, we are a team of Filipino strategic partners, business integrators, and servant leaders working in the intersection of operations, tech, and data. Our purpose is to make our life count for the Gospel, and we do that by transforming operational spaces where God is honored and people flourish.
We see the friction that holds back so many purpose-driven founders. We understand the weight of a mission that has outgrown its operational structure. And we exist to resolve that tension.
Our Mission Was Forged by Experience
RO’I wasn't born in a boardroom; it was born in the trenches.
Our co-founder, Dianne Cubinar-Xhukellari, spent years serving as a right-hand operational partner to visionary founders. From that unique vantage point, she had a front-row seat to the painful patterns: brilliant strategies lost in daily chaos, talented teams drained by friction, and hard-earned profit burned by inefficiency.
She saw that these weren't leadership problems; they were structural problems. This realization didn't just inspire a business model; it ignited a mission. RO’I was founded to be the partner she wished those founders had—a dedicated ally committed to resolving these painful problems for good, not just patching them.

Our company structure is a direct reflection of our purpose. We operate as one integrated entity with two distinct arms:
RO’I Ops: This is the commercial engine of our work. Through RO'I Ops, we partner with founders like you to design and build flourishing, sustainable businesses. It is the practice of our professional craft.
RO’I Beyond: This is the heart of our ministry. RO’I Beyond is our dedicated stewardship arm, fully funded by a portion of the profits from RO’I Ops. It channels resources to vetted partners on the front lines of evangelical outreach, disaster relief, and community restoration.
